What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is only one tonne. We can deliver less but this may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Can I make up my one-tonne order with different products from your range?
Yes, deliveries can be for whole tonnes of the same product or can be made up of any number and quantity of products from our range.

How many bags are on a pallet?
This depends on which products you are buying. Our pallets contain 1000 kg, so 20kg bags come in pallets of 50, 25kg bags/packs come in pallets of 40.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
We try to work to a 5 working day delivery schedule. In most cases we achieve this, although we do use external delivery companies for customers in more remote areas so occasionally this may extend by a day or so. Very often we can deliver within 48 hours if local.
Are all products in stock at all times?
Most of our products are made at our factory in Northampton. We make to order so you can always be guaranteed that you are receiving new stock of Homepack branded products. Some items such as water softening salt are bought in but are always in stock.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are payment by the end of the month following the month of delivery.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes. If we do not deliver to your area with our vehicles, we can deliver using our delivery partner companies who deliver nationwide.
If I buy more can I have a better price?
In many cases, transport costs are reduced with larger quantities. So, therefore, we can pass on these savings when possible thus reducing prices.
Do you have coshe sheets available for your products?
Yes, we have coshh sheets for all of our products that can be forwarded by email, fax, by post or can be downloaded from this site.
